I'm particularly interested in new web technologies and enhancements for e-commerce sites and always growing a network of talented designers and developers to feed further knowledge in user experience design. My favorite book right now is Responsive Web Design by Ethan Marcotte.

Contract work has been a good way for me to work on an array of clients and different sorts of work. I have worked on everything from Motion Graphics pieces where I incorporated my own music scores, to mobile design for private firms.

I would eventually like to have a home base company to work for, a place I can call home and know that there is real growth within the ranks of the company. Until I find the perfect match, I am perfectly fine with where I am in my career as a user experience expert.

Desciption: I started at American Airlines as a User Experience Designer in January of 2011. I was one of 3 who worked on the graphics and usability portion of the main aa.com site. This means everything from the home page, to the full booking path. Now we are a team of over 20 UX Designers, Information Architects, and Front End Developers. My job has grown substantially in responsibility, as now I work on looking forward to emerging technologies, and the next step in American Airlines' online experience.
